I have a B.A. in Liberal Studies and an M.A. in Education both from Biola University. I also recently got my multiple subject teaching credential at Biola. I have homeschooled my children for 12 years and have experience teaching as a tutor, substitute teacher, and art teacher. I am married (for 20 yrs) and have two older children, one who just finished freshman year in college and one who just finished sophomore year in high school.

I chose Veritas Classical Academy because of the vision that it holds and is striving for. As a Christ follower who has tasted the goodness and the sweetness of God's saving grace, I believe this is where I can best exercise the gifting that God has graciously granted to me and use it to the fullest for His kingdom. It brings me much joy to be able to share the love of Christ to the students and together, discover His beauty in all creation through all subjects.

I have a lot of favorite verses but the one that I have been loving lately is Romans 8:38-39- "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."

My favorite hobbies are doing puzzles, playing the guitar, painting or drawing, and spending time with my family.
