Jessica Bangean

Hello! My name is Jessica Bangean, and it is a joy to be joining the office staff at Veritas this year!

I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse with over five years of experience serving as a Charge Nurse in the Assisted Living Community for the elderly, specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. In 2020, I stepped away from my nursing career to homeschool my four beautiful children. This year, my children and I are excited to join the Veritas community together!

Raising and educating my children in the fear and instruction of the Lord has always been a top priority for our family. When I learned about Veritas, I knew I wanted us all to be a part of this amazing community that so beautifully aligns with our faith and values.

I also serve faithfully at my local church in the Awana, choir & worship ministries. In my free time, you’ll almost always find me in the kitchen—I love to cook and bake! Acts of service is my love language, and I find so much joy in caring for and serving others. I also love spending time in nature, being outdoors, camping, playing volleyball, and just spending quality time with my family. 

My favorite Bible verses is Galatians 2:20:

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
