Thank you for your interest in our school! We are delighted for this opportunity to partner with you in the education of your child. Please read below for further details of our admissions process.

Step 1: Initial Reading

Please thoroughly read the sections indicted below of the 2024 VOA Parent-Student Handbook before starting the application. You can also find the Handbook under the "About VOA" tab. Note that you will also be asked to read the handbook in its entirety after the consultation (Step 3).

Step 2: Apply  >>

• Use the button above to complete the Admissions Application. Please fill out one form per student.

  • The form will require you to submit the following documents:

    • Copy of the most recent report card (For students in 9th grade or above, submit a full high school transcript.)​

    • Copy of student's birth certificate or passport.

Step 3: Consultation

• Once your application is completed, VOA will contact you to schedule a consultation with at least one parent/guardian and the student. We want to get to know you and discuss how we can meet your needs!

• Before the consultation, all parents/guardians are required to read the VOA Parent-Student Handbook. 

• During this consultation your student will also be assessed for a placement test for math or reading level.

​Step 4: Acceptance & Tuition

• Please allow time for VOA to respond to your application and inform you of an admission decision.

• Upon a decision of acceptance, we will notify you and email you instructions for payment of your selected course(s). For Spring 2025 enrollment, tuition is due by Feb 10th.
